Sauvignon Blanc
GRAPE HARVEST:
It is performed in the second fortnight of February.
VINIFICATION:
It is performed with soft crushing, fermented at low temperature with the addition of selected yeasts.
SIGHT:
A soft greenish yellow coloured wine of an impeccable transparency.
BOUQUET:
Wild and intense, with complex fruity layers and scent, with overtones of fruits like grapefruit, mango, pineapple and a tint of honey.
MOUTHFEEL:
With a long lasting and pleasant elegance, fruity bodied, velvety taste and high fineness.
RECOMMENDED TO ACCOMPANY:
Seafood, pasta in matelote sauce and elaborate fish dishes. Ideal consumption temperature: from 8o to 9oC
