Malbec
GRAPE HARVEST:
It is performed in the second fortnight of March.
VINIFICATION:
It is fermented in contact with the skin at controlled temperature to achieve a balanced structure of tannins and colouring matter.
SIGHT:
A deep dark red wine with violet-like tints.
BOUQUET:
It has a generous and complex aroma, reminding of red fruits such as plums, berries, cherries, raspebrries and a flower such as violet.
MOUTHFEEL:
It is concentrated bodied with a roundness and long finish. A warming and velvety wine of great evolution and backed with sweet tannins.
RECOMMENDED TO ACCOMPANY:
Red meats, cheese and spicy meals. Ideal consumption temperature: from 15o to 18oC.
