VINEYARDS:
Finca El Capataz, Los Arboles, Tupungato, 1,100 meters above sea level
FERMENTATION:
the grape is macerated cold for 5 days, using indigenous yeasts, with a total duration of the covering up of approx. 12 days, taking care that the temperature does not exceed 26 degrees.
AGING:
in 100% French oak pots.
TASTING NOTES:
It is a very young wine, reflecting pink dyes and some salmon flare, typical of the evolution of this variety. In its aroma we can perceive red fruits, truffles and spicy notes, which give it the French oak wood. In the mouth it appears, with balanced structure, velvety and with a long persistence.
