TASTING NOTES:
Classic grape variety with a highly intense ruby-red color. On the nose it reveals capsicum and spices accompanied by herbs. In the mouth it is balanced, with fine tannins that give it a persistent and wide end.

VINIFICATION:
Traditional, pre-maceration in cold at 4°C for 72 h, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature around 25°C.
MACERATION TIME:
25 days.
MALOLATIC FERMENTATION:
100%.
AGING:
6 months on french oak 85% and american oak 15%.
